In the first case the developer who reached out to us found a workaround and the device runs fine but could not do so regarding the second device. It is fair to add that their online support recommended another device to use instead (and within similar price range). I understand that they cannot test the app with all the available devices but when they apparently have both the knowledge and experience then why is the list of recommended devices not available either on the webpage or in the app description? > > Our main customer is the Zátiší group which operates chain of restaurants and retail food stores.
