We have a person that we can reach out to with any issues and she helps us get everything squared away. Our customers love how easy it is to choose their own seats and get their tickets emailed directly to them.

> **Cons**: only time is when the system goes down and we cannot use it. Normally is for a short period of time because the team at Rodeo Ticket gets on the issue when we call

> Our experience has been a good one. There is so much more you can do on the event ticketing website to promote our sponsors, our available packages, the ease of volunteers to sign-up and get mandatory waiver signed is a great feature. We are happy with the program
