With its AI-powered technical writing capabilities, we can now generate high-quality drafts quickly, reducing the time required of our Subject Matter Experts from several days to just a few hours. This significant time reduction has enabled us to handle multiple proposals simultaneously – we’ve more than doubled our output from Q1 last year -- and eliminate those grueling late-night work sessions, which has boosted our team's morale. Ironically, while there was concern about an AI tool eliminating jobs, it’s done the opposite. We need more people to handle the larger volume we are now able to pursue. These new “electric lights” aren’t going to take jobs away; quite the opposite. 

As a result of time-savings the tool has presented us, we’ve re-engineered our development processes. It’s as if the proposal gods miraculously found a bunch of time and handed it back to us to figure out how best to use. It’s an exciting opportunity and a welcome challenge.

For us, it means 1) making first drafts that are substantially better quality and more complete, 2) more consistent use of executive summaries and key themes, and 3) a new role for the proposal team whereby we are pseudo-SMEs in our ability to generate good technical content. 

Consequently, our proposal team has become vastly more involved and valuable in the content creation process. I have been saying for more than a decade that in this profession, I often feel like a doctor trained in diagnosis but not treatment. Now with RohanRFP, we can “treat” blank pages. 

Beyond immediate time savings, RohanRFP has enhanced our team's capabilities and fostered a more relaxed, confident work environment. Its implementation has streamlined our workflows, improved collaboration, and increased our value within Sellers Dorsey. We are adding new product lines, and thanks to the scalability we have now, we are well positioned for expansion thanks to the magic of RohanRFP. 

Last but certainly not least, the customer support is truly helpful with structured and ad hoc meetings, and the staff are extremely friendly and fun people.
