> **Pros**: The software allows me to deliver standardized, high level consultation content that is time and date stamped for documentation.  First technology I have found that documents the content the patient views.  On the backside of the consultation 5th Port provides procedure specific teach -back to  document comprehension. Lastly,  the platform dynamically generates a digital informed consent based on diagnosis and procedure.   The first and only software to dynamically generate these paperless forms.  My staff can generate 40 digital consent forms in just 35 minutes.
