> Qobra has helped us cut down our bonus validation time, made it more transparent for everybody involved and allowed us to to be overall more efficient. We greatly enjoy that every Sales employee has access to their bonus and the bonus calculation itself at any time, which helps with motivation as well as transparency. Every team involved from Sales to Management to Finance is very pleased with the tool as everybody greatly benefits from using Qobra. The usage of the tool is very intuitive and self explanatory but when an issue comes up, the Qobra team is truly amazing and reacts swiftly to help. I presonally have worked intensively with the Qobra team over the past year and they were always very good at finding solutions and making things work. Overall, the whole team is very nice and passionate which brings fast and good results.
