> **Pros**: We liked how seamless the process was to integrate our Alldata repair data into our shop management software, the ability to easily switch between making estimates and invoices and reviewing repair procedures. For the most part, the program was responsive.

> **Cons**: Alldata was not an all in one solution for us and we still needed to purchase additional repair instructions even though our shop is on the smaller side and works mostly on older domestics.

> Alldata was easy to use and had a lot of functionality, so much functionality that we were not able to utilize all of it so we ultimately switched to a lower cost provider because we are a smaller shop.
