> **Pros**: Esgrid team was proactive and available throughout the entire process. Their support helped introduce and clarify ESG topics for our partners, many of whom hadn’t delved deeply into sustainability before. Moreover, partners received valuable insights into their own ESG standing, which allows them to take the first steps on the sustainability journey if they choose to do so. Esgrid significantly streamlined our value chain ESG assessment process.

> In our double materiality process we wanted to have a clear and thorough understanding of our value chain. However, we realized that creating a questionnaire and analyzing the feedback would be time-consuming. Esgrid made the process more convenient for both us and our partners.

The platform helps to open an ESG related dialogue with the suppliers. The questionnaire offers not only a good summary for the requesting company but also the suppliers get an overview of the topics where they can improve.

> **Cons**: Their biggest pro is also their biggest con, being a small starting company gives them the flexibility to offer a service that takes customers needs into account but at the same time they are less known which means their requests to report may go unnoticed. This had a simple fix though.

> The product design was simple yet it had everything we needed and the communication was very pleasant. We also received good feedback from our suppliers.
