I had been using "Medic Clinic management system" since 1999. But as the company became redundant, I was stuck with a good product that could only work on Windows 98. So when \[sensitive content hidden\] introduced me to EasyClinic EMR system in Dec 2017, it was like a breath of fresh air.
Over last six years, my self and my wife, \[sensitive content hidden\], have used EasyClinic extensively in the corporate Health-care scenario, where we are the Corporate Health-Care Providers.
I have used the product for daily patient Management, Follow up treatment, Billings and Receipt printing in my private practice and many other avenues as well.
During Covid Lockdown, EasyClinic was  very handy indeed for sending systematized on-line prescriptions and for quick reference of patients' co-ordinates and Health parameters.
Even if the product is good one requires a helping hand during crises times. \[sensitive content hidden\], has been like a rock of Gibralter for me during such times. That is why I have full confidence in opting for their Annual Maintenance Contract. Not once has he turned down my request for Help.
 On a couple of occasions when \[sensitive content hidden\] wasn't available immediately, \[sensitive content hidden\] has promptly filled up for \[sensitive content hidden\].
Ony Two requests/Suggestions
1. Your Easyclinic Tutorial videos are not working on later version of Windows 10 and 11. As a result, I have to be totally dependent on \[sensitive content hidden\]. Please rectify the bug and restart the Tutorial Videos.
2. I purchased the multiuser  model for 2 users. But I find that both Users need to be in the same premises. I thought I could use the EasyClinic from home as well Clinic. I can't do this and I need to carry my Laptop every where.
