> **Pros**: Athelas RCM delivers exceptional value for money given the breadth of services included. The platform is intuitive and easy to use for our team, especially for teammates without deep billing expertise. Account Ops is highly responsive and knowledgeable, with strong support when revenue issues arise. Billing workflows are streamlined and transparent, and the reporting around collections and AR is far stronger than most RCM vendors we’ve used. Features like eligibility checks, claims tracking, denial management, and patient records are well integrated into a single workflow rather than feeling bolted on.

> **Cons**: Initial onboarding requires thoughtful coordination to get the most value. We had to dig deep to make sure we got them our logins, but they were thoughtful in collecting the info.

Reporting customization continues to improve, but some advanced users may want more self-serve flexibility. They have an AI Report Builder, which is gonna be amazing.

Because Athelas Insights is so powerful, it’s best used with clearly defined internal workflows and understanding of who on our team owns which workflows.

> **Pros**: What I like most about Athelas is the reporting and access to all the data. Also their willingness to help improve our business.

> Overall we have had a good experience with Athelas. What keeps us moving forward with them is there desire to make things right for us. We are a big office that provides a lot of different services and we use 3 different EHR's. Its a complicated set up and have proven to cause issues. Everything we have brought up to the team has been taken seriously and is in progress or fixed.
