> **Cons**: I dislike that we can't email back from our work email straight to the parent when they message us through the app to center info. Also, that you can't reply back to a regular message either without going to message and starting a new one.

It also let me see if a child still remains in the building and to follow up with the staff if a child remains at the end of the day or if we need to reach out to a parent.

> **Cons**: Cons: that the system does not have it by class or ABC order. It does have the parent name set up that way however larger sites would prefer it by classroom or the children's name in ABC order not the parent. Caseworkers should have able to enter this information in your system not just the managers.
