Their normalized data models saved us countless hours of platform-specific development. The comprehensive webhook support provides reliable real-time updates, and their security certifications gave us confidence in handling sensitive financial data. The SDKs are well-maintained and the documentation is thorough. Most importantly, what would have taken months per platform now takes days to implement.

> **Cons**: While Apideck covers most use cases excellently, some advanced features from native APIs aren't available yet - though they're actively adding new capabilities. The real-time API approach, while ensuring data freshness, can introduce some latency when syncing complex objects with multiple dependencies. Additionally, having a caching option for relatively static data like account lists could improve performance for certain workflows.

It saved us lots of time during the integration process.
It also saves us a lot of time in the operations since all requests are observable on their platform.

When it happens, tickets are solved within a few hours, which is very appreciable.

> **Pros**: Smooth developer experience as relayed to me by our development team. Their catalog of connectors are good enough for us and GJ (API Deck's CEO) has been very helpful in terms of catering to our needs. 

If your architecture would benefit from a Unified API approach, API Deck is probably the best bang for your buck. Merge is extremely expensive, others provided little coverage (eg. accounting only)

> **Cons**: Nothing too drastic. As they are not the biggest Unified API provider, of course they don't have as big of a coverage in terms of API endpoints and connectors. But the team at API deck is more than happy to work with you for a development schedule to deliver on what you need.

> Overall, it has been smooth from the customer discovery call until right now where we are trying to reach continous usage with our products that use API deck behind the scenes. We are confident that we are working with a provider that can reasonably work with us for our evolving needs in the future.
