Starter is $79 per month and covers one board with templates, the AI editor, your own domain, paid job posts, employer and candidate accounts, applications, and blog and SEO pages. Pro is $179 per month and adds white-label branding, custom email domains, employer subscriptions, packages and a candidate paywall, custom fields and filters, AI screening questions, REST API access, and the ability to export your board's source code. Scale is $379 per month and adds up to three separate boards, unlimited team seats, invoicing and payment links, and priority support.

Annual billing works out to two months free: $59, $134 and $284 per month respectively. Prices are also published in EUR and GBP. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no charge until the trial ends.

Jobs, job seeker accounts and employer accounts are unlimited on every plan. Most job board platforms cap how many job seeker accounts your board can hold and charge more as your audience grows; Kardow does not. The only metered resource is job import credits, used when Kardow pulls listings from careers sites and job feeds to keep your board stocked: 2,000 per month on Starter, 8,000 on Pro, 25,000 on Scale.

A launch service, where Kardow sets the board up and hands it over ready to sell, is included free on Pro and Scale and costs $299 one-time on Starter. Enterprise pricing is quoted per case and covers more than three boards, sub-folder hosting and migration planning.
