> **Pros**: What I liked most about SkyDoc is its ability to solve multiple operational challenges in one place. It provides secure storage for sensitive attachments, ensures full visibility of user actions for better accountability, and helps manage NetSuite storage efficiently. Additionally, the approval functionality for vendor billings has been very useful for streamlining processes.

> Storage Solution for NetSuite solved multiple challenges across our operations, improving efficiency as a result. Recently, my colleague talked to me about whether there is a way that we can get approvals related to billings with our vendors. Luckily, we had SkyDoc to fulfill that. Our company deals with big clients, and attachments include sensitive information. We wanted everything to be secured and our management really cares about that. Plus, the management wanted to know each action users took while interacting with the attachments; without SkyDoc, that wouldn’t be possible. Furthermore, we were approaching our account’s storage limit and evaluating upgrade options. It’s a big relief for me now since we are not over the storage limit anymore. SkyDoc is really helping us in multiple aspects, not only managing files but also matching with other requirements.
