> **Pros**: I like the purchasing side of ShireSystem. Its great for tracking traceability to follow a request to quote to order status. and linking work orders to the PO. Very helpful.  Customer support has been amazing, always answers within 30mins.

> **Cons**: It would be handy to drag and drop documents into the files. not being able to make bespoke reports. Rather having to adjust the pre set up reports

> **Cons**: Mobile app keeps getting stuck on sync requiring restart of the app. Meter reading implementation is a bit frustrating if you have multiple readings for one work order

> Somewhat unintuitive and with a steep learning curve. Mobile app could do with an interface overhaul as it requires too many interactions that are not intuitive

> **Pros**: The Shire System has an intuitive user interface which is easy to use, making day to day purchasing, asset management and planned maintenance tasks straightforward. When needed, the customer service is available to quickly provide solutions.

> **Cons**: The thing that I like least about the Shire System is that there is limited scope for customization. Also when adding new purchase orders, or lines to a purchase order, duplication can occur when not needed.
