> **Pros**: The easy to learn and use interface and the ability to transition from no WHMS at all to Evexso was the best drawcard for our Business. Immediately after implementation we started to see the efficiencies gained from a very basic setup while still having a number of features to activate in the future.

> **Cons**: The system and the people at Evexso are both great and outside the normal system transition hurdles I would not be able to note anything that was painful or unsatisfactory.

> **Pros**: The support during setup was excellent. The eveXso team spent a lot of time helping us test, configure, and implement the system so it actually worked with our business processes. They were very responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the whole onboarding phase. Once everything was up and running, the visibility and control we gained over our stock was a huge step forward compared to what we had before.

> **Cons**: The original version of the app felt a bit clunky and slow at times. That said, the updated version has improved significantly and now works really well. The setup process also took a while, although that was due to our team refining and following our own processes rather than any issue with the system itself.

> Overall our experience with eveXso has been extremely positive. Before implementing it we didn’t have a proper ERP or structured stock management system, so the impact has been huge for our operations.

It has made tasks like stock takes, write-ons/offs, and general inventory management much easier and more reliable. Having full visibility of our inventory and processes has given us much better control over our warehouse.

We currently use eveXso primarily for stock management along with work orders, purchase orders, and sales orders, which has streamlined a lot of our day-to-day operations. We don’t currently use the driver or delivery management modules, but the core system alone has been very valuable for our business.
