> **Pros**: Prozesse können einfach visuell gestalten und automatisieren werden, ohne Programmieren zu müssen. Änderungen können leicht eingepflegt werden.
Die Beratung und technische Unterstützung ist spitze. Kein Problem bleibt lange ungelöst.

> **Cons**: Es kommt manchmal zu Problemen und Kinderkrankheiten, die nicht nachvollziehbar sind. Diese sind teilweise ebenso schnell verschwunden. Optimierung der Webseite scheinbar nicht für Windows-Systeme, oftmals Browser-Wechsel oder Cache löschen erforderlich.
Änderungen an der Vorlage können nicht in gestartete Flows übernommen werden.
