But if you forget how to do something, the Corporate Services team is always there to help. > > As the owner of a medical equipment rental company that serves healthcare providers, we struggled for years to find software that could accommodate our unique workflow. Unlike typical rental operations, our equipment goes out without a predetermined return date, and nearly every program we looked at required a return date. Basis, by Corporate Services, was the first solution that actually fit how our business operates. It is remarkably easy to use, our team picked it up quickly, and it has saved us countless hours of manually tracking where our equipment is and who has it. Before using Basis, monthly billing took almost three weeks; now it takes three day\! And the customer support is second to none. Every time you call with an issue or question, you get a live human without having to go through long telephone prompts or an AI assistant. And they always do a great job resolving the issue.
