Ghosted for communication > > Myself and my business partner have tried on numerous occasions to seek resolution from this company (Structurely) but have been completely ghosted by them. From the start they set us up with a US phone number that never worked as we are in Canada, we tried to resolve and improve the system, but it was not effective and the investment did not warrant the cost. We requested a cancellation and then the company proceeded to charge us an additional $1,300 post the cancellation request. We have tried on numerous occasions to resolve this by sending emails and leaving messages by phone with no response. Overall it has left a very terrible taste in our mouths with regards to Structurely. I cannot in good conscience recommend Structurely to anyone and certainly will not be engaging with this organization in the future. Customer service is everything and our experience was not at all positive. There was an opportunity for an easy resolution that would have left us feeling like, though the service did not deliver as expected, we could have felt happy about the end of the relationship, and I would not be writing this review.
