> **Pros**: The UI is intuitive. The nodes are simple to understand. The documentation is clear and easily accessible as well as community Slack support. And things just work well and efficiently. They're easy to understand and they're reliable. And the quality of the answers is very good.

> **Cons**: Nothing so far, I can't really think of a lot of or any cons when it comes to Gumloop. The tools just work, and the outputs are just great. It's really hard to move away from Gumloop now that I've just fallen in love with it.

> My experience has been nothing but great. If ever I get stuck or I have questions, I can easily just go in the community Slack or on their forums and ask questions. Then I get answers quite fast. I mean, sometimes within 15 minutes or within two hours. Can't really ask for better than that, and it's also very hard, very hard to find better than that from other tools.

Setting up and connecting to other services like Google, Zendesk etc is a brease and with the use of Gummie its easier than ever to both set up new flows and automations + Gumloop agent in Slack is greatly beneficial if you are a Slack addict like I am

> **Cons**: While the platform is intuitive, it can be daunting at first when setting up Gumloop. There are so much things that can be done that it leads to choice paralysis.

> Gumloop is my favorite SaaS-tool to use. I found it easy to use and have been incredibly useful to help set up some great automations that just makes my every day much easier to go by. I think everyone should give Gumloop a try.
