> **Pros**: The low price tag is a huge plus, the UI is sleek \& easier to use than most other alternatives, the integrations work well, the docs are nice to refer to when needed \& overall it is a good product.
> 
> **Cons**: The only thing that really was a problem for me was spending time to get used to a new platform, but then again that comes with any new platform.
> 
> Overall positive, support is ready to help, the platform is slick, the price tag is a big plus, not having to paywalls (like testrail does) is my favorite, lol.
