Starter, $374/mo annual or $449/mo monthly. Built for under $15,000 in monthly telecom spend. Adds the managed operations team, plus bandwidth, expense, and contract management, scheduled reports, department cost tracking, and email and chat support with 24-hour response.

Growth, $791/mo annual or $949/mo monthly. Built for $15,000 to $50,000 in monthly spend. Everything in Starter plus MACD/MACE execution, Slack and Teams alerts, phone support with 8-hour response, twice-yearly business reviews, and dedicated onboarding.

What the Subscription Covers

Every managed plan includes both the platform and the people who operate it. Project management for initial implementation, project coordination for ongoing maintenance work, expense analysis, and customer success are covered by the subscription fee with no hourly billing and no cap on tickets, moves, adds, changes, or disconnects. Buyers evaluating Vigilis against a software-only TEM tool should price the internal headcount that tool assumes you already have. Buyers evaluating against a consultancy should compare against blended hourly rates.

Two categories fall outside the subscription. Field services beyond the credit stated on your order form, and engineering hours beyond the stated allowance, are billable at the rates in your agreement. Both the field services credit and the engineering allowance apply to sites included at initial onboarding; sites added later are quoted separately.

Billing, Terms, and Fees

Annual billing runs roughly 17% below monthly, equal to two months free, and waives the implementation fee.

Month-to-month plans carry a one-time implementation fee: $500 on Starter, $1,500 on Growth, $3,500 on Professional. Essentials has no implementation fee. Enterprise implementation is quoted with the contract.

Bandwidth on Demand is an add-on at $15 per service, per month, available on any plan. It allows circuit capacity to scale to actual demand instead of holding a fixed rate sized for peak.

Contract terms, payment method, and invoicing are handled two ways. Self-service signup requires a payment method on file with automatic charge. Customers on a paper agreement can be set up on standard net terms.

Choosing a Plan

Use monthly telecom spend as the starting filter, then check two things against it.

First, site count and rate of change. An organization with modest spend but frequent moves, adds, and disconnects gets more out of Growth than the spend band alone suggests, because MACD execution is where the labor concentrates.

Second, whether anyone internally owns telecom today. Essentials assumes you have someone to act on what the software finds. If nobody owns the function, or the person who does owns four other things, the managed plans exist because the software identifying a problem is the easy half.

Plans can move up mid-term as spend or scope grows. If your estate sits near a band boundary, or spans multiple entities or countries, request a quote rather than self-selecting, since consolidated pricing across entities is usually the better structure.
