- **Pricing Details**: qoorr uses simple, size-based pricing per gym location. Pricing is based on the number of active members at each location, rather than the number of staff users or the features used.
An active member is someone with an active paid membership or class package during the billing period. Drop-ins and punch-card clients only count when they have attended recently. If a gym’s active member count moves into a different pricing level, the subscription price adjusts at the next billing cycle and the gym is notified before the change.
Onboarding and migration are included at no additional cost, including help migrating members and memberships, setting up billing and schedules, configuring classes and staff, and preparing the gym to go live. There are no setup fees.
Each location is priced separately. Multi-location and franchise gyms can receive custom pricing.
