One tap then exports a bookkeeping-ready CSV with QuickBooks-ready columns, plus a zip of the original receipt images renamed to a consistent format your accountant can work with — no manual renaming, no chasing paperwork.\n\nVendor profiles carry across all of your projects, so you can see what you have paid a supplier, what you still owe them, and on which jobs.\n\nWhat BuildMind is not\n\nBuildMind is a job-costing tool, not a construction management suite and not an accounting system.
