Every feature is included in every plan, including the free one. Online payments, QR attendance, turnstile access control, online sign-up, digital signatures, meeting minutes and the digital member book are all available on day one. Plans differ only in capacity: how many members you manage, how many emails you send each month, and how much file storage you use.

Starter is free forever: up to 20 members, 50 emails per month and 200 MB of storage. No credit card required, and no time limit.

Standard is 15.99 EUR per month plus VAT: up to 80 members, 300 emails per month and 800 MB of storage.

Premium is 19.99 EUR per month plus VAT: unlimited members, 1,000 emails per month, 2 GB of storage and priority support.

Annual billing is available at a discount on both paid plans.

Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial and no credit card is requested to begin. When the trial ends the account moves to the free Starter plan automatically. Nothing is switched off and no data is lost, so a club can keep working within the free limits and upgrade later when it grows.

Payment processing through the platform carries standard card transaction fees, and each club chooses whether to absorb them or pass them on to the member.

Il vantaggio di usarla è notevole, prima con solo Excel/cartaceo molte operazioni sembravano infinite, ora basta un click.
