> **Pros**: What I like most about My-Therapy-Suite is that it works equally well for both me and my clients. It’s intuitive and easy to use, while bringing everything together in one place. I can manage new client forms, clinical notes, invoices and billing, expenses, my calendar, and online meeting links all within the same system, which makes running my practice much more efficient.

The integrated video platform is also excellent. The picture and sound quality are noticeably better than many other platforms I’ve used, and several clients have commented on how much clearer and more reliable it feels.

Perhaps the biggest strength, though, is the team behind it. They are incredibly responsive to feedback and genuinely listen to their users. Whenever I’ve suggested improvements to better support the way I run my practice, they’ve been open to the ideas and willing to make changes. That level of customer support and commitment to continuous improvement really sets them apart.

> **Cons**: In my experience, I haven’t come across any downsides yet. On the occasions that something hasn’t quite suited the way I work, the team have responded incredibly quickly. For example, I wasn’t keen on the original session note format, so I shared my feedback. They listened and have since introduced the ability to create your own note templates, which has made the system even more flexible.

> My-Therapy-Suite has been instrumental in helping me set up and run my private practice. When I first started using it, I kept my own manual records alongside the platform because I wasn’t quite ready to rely on it completely. It didn’t take long before I realised I no longer needed to - everything I needed was there, and I now manage my practice entirely through My-Therapy-Suite.

What also gives me confidence is that the platform is continually evolving. The team are always working on new developments, whether that’s introducing features like clinical will access or adapting the system to reflect changes in privacy legislation and ethical requirements. They’re not only technically knowledgeable but also have a strong understanding of the realities of clinical practice, and that really shows in the way the platform has been designed.

It’s a system that has supported me as a sole practitioner starting out, but it also has the functionality to grow alongside my practice as it develops. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other therapists.

> **Pros**: It covers everything I need to run my small private practice in one place. It's intuitive to use, keeps my client records and appointments organised, and makes the admin side of my practice much more efficient. The support team are also excellent, they're always quick to respond and genuinely helpful.

> **Cons**: The only thing I'd like to see improved is the way service fees are managed. If I want to charge different fees, I have to create separate services rather than simply changing the fee for the same service, which can become a little cumbersome.

> Overall, my experience has been very positive. It's reliable, easy to navigate, and has all the features I need without feeling overwhelming. The responsive customer support gives me confidence that any issues will be dealt with quickly. I'd happily recommend it to other therapists, particularly those running a small private practice.
