> **Pros**: Ease of use. It was easy to teach an end user how to use it. It was an inexpensive and easy solution for their needs. Using VoIP phone systems makes it difficult with faxes and No need to keep any old hardware or phone line just for faxing

> **Cons**: Nothing bad about it. Bad was trying to keep an old fax machine that used up so much ink on jusnk still coming in on that line

> The User interface was very easy to use and understand. I had to show and demonstrate it to several people so they could use it in their office.
