Customers who book stay your customers. The booking page runs on your own web address and carries your branding, so nobody is handed to a marketplace on the way to buying a ticket. The next time they come back, they come back to you.

You get paid directly. Your venue is the merchant of record and takings land in your own Stripe account. Hatch never holds your money, so there is no float, no waiting on a platform payout, and no question about whose customer relationship it is.
