Nothing is typed twice. The roster row and the timesheet row are the same record, so hours, travel time and kilometres are on the timesheet the moment a worker clocks off.
The award conversation happens while the shift can still be moved. Nine SCHADS-style checks run over the draft roster instead of surfacing in the pay run, and every figure is arithmetic you can verify by hand.
You see what a shift earns before you fill it. Cost, revenue and margin appear on unassigned shifts, so a loss-making one is visible while it is still free to change.
Nothing safety-critical is behind a higher tier. Incidents with reportable timers, care plans, funding, forms and risk assessments are in the base product, because the features that keep people safe should not depend on which plan the budget stretched to.
