> **Pros**: HyreFast is a tool that really makes your hiring fast, we have used this product for CV sorting and checking fitment of CVs against each role and AI interviews as the 1st level of interviews for multiple clients and it has really helped us reduce top of the funnel and also improved conversion.

> **Cons**: Nothing specific that bothered us in the process, but I guess the UI can improve a little more. Its a feature rich product so finding few features at times needed a little time or more familiarity
