Pay infrastructure rates instead of platform markups

Notifuse does not resell email. You bring your own Amazon SES, Mailgun, Postmark, SendGrid or SMTP account, so sending is billed by that provider at raw rates while Notifuse charges only for the platform. For teams with large lists this is usually the single largest line-item reduction available.

Stop paying for contacts you never email

Plans are sized by active contacts. A contact with no activity in the past 30 days stops counting toward your limit automatically, with no archiving ritual to remember. Products with a large free tier or a long dormant tail benefit most.

Keep your own sending reputation

Because mail leaves through an account you control, deliverability reflects your own behaviour rather than a shared pool. Bounce and complaint suppression, double opt-in and one-click unsubscribe support are built in, which matters under current bulk sender requirements at the major inbox providers.

Measure what email actually caused

Open rates became unreliable once inbox providers began pre-fetching images. Notifuse records first-party website sessions, pageviews and goals in the same database as your contacts, so a click can be followed through to on-site behaviour and conversion. Website goals are usable directly as segment conditions and automation triggers.

Keep customer data where you want it

Self-host under AGPL-3.0 and contact records, event history and analytics never leave your infrastructure. Combined with a sending provider in the region of your choice, this gives teams with data residency obligations a path that does not depend on a third-party processor.

Migrate without a rebuild

The built-in SMTP bridge accepts mail from your existing applications using workspace credentials, so you can route production email through Notifuse by changing configuration rather than code. Templates and automations can move afterwards, at your own pace.

Email marketing, transactional sending, website analytics and a hosted blog run on one platform and one database, which removes the synchronisation work usually needed to make separate tools agree about who a contact is.

Run many brands or clients from one account

Workspaces isolate data, templates, settings and sending configuration, so agencies and multi-brand teams can operate several clients side by side without separate subscriptions or separate logins.

Use AI without a credit system

The assistant in the email builder, blog editor and analytics runs on your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini API key. You pay your provider directly at list price, with no platform markup and no bundled credits to ration.
