### Key benefits of AnudaHRM

One price, every feature. There are no tiers to compare or upgrade paths to negotiate — a 20-person company runs the same product a 400-person company does, at 30 rupees per employee per month with a six-employee minimum. Companies of five or fewer use it free for life, with no credit card.

Attendance and payroll stop being two jobs. Because payroll reads the attendance already captured, loss-of-pay and PF and ESI deductions are computed from real punches rather than re-keyed from a spreadsheet on the last working day of the month.

Field staff are covered, not excluded. GPS capture with anti-fake detection means drivers, site supervisors and multi-branch teams mark attendance from their own Android phone, and you can still see where the punch came from.

HR stops being the help desk. Employees check their own leave balances, payslips and documents in the self-service app, which removes the steady stream of one-line questions that fills an HR inbox.

Your data stays in India. Employee records are stored on Indian servers, and each company gets its own subdomain rather than sharing a single tenant URL.
