> **Pros**: The onboarding was effortless. One round of communication with \[sensitive content hidden\]
 and our ATS was connected within two days. No long setup project, no internal dev resources needed. After that it runs quietly in the background and gives our existing job postings additional reach through AI-based search, without us having to maintain another channel. The team behind it is very technical, which you notice in how quickly things get solved. The employer branding profile is also a nice addition, since we can communicate our core values alongside the postings.

> **Cons**: The long-term impact is still hard to measure on our side. Attribution in AI-driven search is not as clear-cut as with classic job boards, so it takes some patience before you can judge the effect properly. To be fair, the NextPlace team communicates the process transparently and doesn't oversell it, but a bit more reporting depth would make it easier to argue the value internally.
