This causes Excel's \"Fit to Page\" algorithm to shrink text into microscopic proportions or split visual diagrams across awkward page breaks.\nPDF Creator for Excel eliminates forced scaling by automatically detecting the exact boundaries of your selected cell range, chart, or diagram and creating a dynamic custom paper size (up to 200x200 inches). Operating directly within the Microsoft Excel ribbon workspace, it delivers crisp, 1-to-1 scale PDF documents in a single click.\nKey Features & Capabilities\n•\tDynamic Custom Paper Sizing: Automatically measures selected content and applies bespoke page dimensions prior to printing, ensuring zero graphic downscaling.\n•\tZero-Distortion Output: Preserves vector clarity, text legibility, line weights, and exact visual proportions for wide diagrams and multi-column tables.\n•\t100% On-Device Security: Operates entirely on your local Windows machine using system virtual printer drivers (Microsoft Print to PDF).
