> **Pros**: Super fast support, I feel bad for them cause they have to develop it for so many OSes but apparently they are doing a good job. We have users with MacOS, ChromeOs and of course Windows and it's working fine on all of them.
The best of all is the support, if we run into any issues I get an email in like 5 minutes and maybe another 15 minutes for a solution. It's incredible.

> I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this company. Not only is the program outstanding and user friendly, but the customer service is unlike anything we have today for the online world. I have used other programs for our company and this one is a money saver. Customer service is outstanding. The program has features that I have never seen with any other programs I have used for tracking time/staff/payroll for a remote office.  I never give reviews but this program is too awesome. I give it 10 stars.
