Billing runs itself off the shifts you already ran. A billing run is generated from completed, verified shifts and rated against each participant's service agreement, so a billing officer reviews and approves the lines instead of re-keying them from a spreadsheet. Bad claims get caught before they leave the building. Lines with missing attendance evidence, no active service agreement, an expired worker screening check, or a likely duplicate are held automatically, with the reason shown, so nothing questionable reaches the NDIA or a plan manager unreviewed.
