Fewer phone calls, same team
Repeat prescriptions, document requests and appointment changes are the three calls an MPA team fields all day. DocFox moves them into a portal patients can use at 22:00, so the phone stops setting the pace of the practice day.

No second system to maintain
Orders, documents and appointments are written into the practice information system that the practice already runs - Axenita, Vitodata, Aeskulap, Elexis, triamed, Vitomed or Ametiq. Nobody re-types anything, and there is no parallel inbox to watch.

Setup is AI-assisted and needs no technical knowledge. Colours, fonts and backgrounds are configured in an admin interface, so the portal looks like the practice rather than like a vendor.
