Guest messaging stops being a task and stops being your evening. The AI replies in seconds, already knowing who is calling, which listing they booked and what the house rules say, so the answer is right the first time and the response time that Airbnb ranks you on stays fast.

The phone gets picked up. Most tools in this space do not answer calls at all; a missed 2 a.m. lockout call is how a five-star stay becomes a three-star review.

Reviews get written and posted. Every guest gets reviewed the day after checkout, which is the window most hosts miss, and the review is drafted from what actually happened during the stay.
