## Overview

### Key benefits of REV23 Desktop

Keep the studio working when internet service is unreliable. Appointments, client records, sales, inventory, and reports run from the local Windows system instead of depending on a cloud connection.

Keep business data on-site. The main PC holds the studio database, giving businesses with local-data requirements direct responsibility for where their records live and how they are backed up.
Run tattoo and piercing work in one system. Scheduling, medical history, reference photos, release forms, deposits, services, checkout, commissions, payroll, and supply inventory are connected around the client record.
See the whole day across the studio. The color-coded appointment book shows each artist’s schedule, availability, client information, and service notes together.

Use purpose-supported front-desk hardware. REV23 Desktop supports a Wacom signature pad, TWAIN-compatible ID scanners, and an optional AAMVA barcode reader.

Choose Desktop for the right reason. It fits established studios that specifically need an on-premises Windows system and have someone comfortable managing PCs, networking, updates, security, and backups.
