### Key benefits of FieldStay

Stop coordinating turnovers by text message. Turnover jobs are created from your booking feed the moment a reservation lands, crew are suggested and assigned by availability and proximity, and the schedule updates itself when a booking changes. Same-day flips are flagged before they surprise you.

Your crew keeps working when the signal drops. The crew mobile app is offline-first. Checklists, photos, inventory counts and issue flags are saved on the device and synced when it reconnects, so a basement laundry room or a rural property never costs you a completion record.

Vendors actually respond. A dispatched work order arrives as an email with a secure link to the scope, access notes and a clear not-to-exceed limit. The vendor signs off from their phone with no account and no app to install, and the cost posts to the owner ledger on the spot.

Expired insurance stops being your liability. COIs, licenses and bonding are tracked with expiry dates, warned on ahead of time and hard-blocked from new assignments once lapsed, so an uninsured contractor cannot quietly end up on one of your properties.

The guidebook can pay for itself. Local businesses sponsor up to six slots in your guidebook at $15/month each. Three active sponsors unlock the feature permanently, five earn a $10/month credit on your subscription and six earn $25/month, applied automatically - so guest experience becomes a line item that offsets your bill instead of adding to it.
