## Overview

### Key benefits of WorkBase PH

Predictable cost: one flat $29 fee per job post — no subscription, no per-hire commission, no recurring charges to budget around.

Faster shortlists: AI matching surfaces candidates suited to the role instead of an unsorted applicant pile, so you spend less time filtering resumes.

Informed decisions before the first call: every candidate profile includes an intro video, availability, rate range, and an internet speedtest — the basics you'd otherwise ask about in a screening call are already there.

Everything in one place: messaging, instant video interviews, and an applicant tracking pipeline all run inside the dashboard, so hiring doesn't get split across email, a scheduling tool, and a video app.

Time back for what matters: handing off operational and support work to a matched specialist frees up founder and team time for the parts of the business that need direct attention.
