> **Pros**: Easy to use and very cheap, very high accuracy on phone calls compare to other platforms. The wizards for connecting Voip and other software are a great touch for not having to mess with those connections for a long time to get them to work like on many other voice AI platforms.

> **Cons**: Some minor bugs in the web app here and there, probably since it's new. Weren’t prohibitive to workflow.
> 
> Makes it easy to set up voice agents that talk customers through design feedback when configuring a parts order.
