SendBeam charges once, across every workspace on the account, so adding a sixth site doesn't add a sixth invoice. You don't pay twice for the same person A subscriber who signs up on three of your sites is one contact on your plan, not three. Unsubscribed and bounced contacts don't count at all. Your bill tracks the people you can actually email, which is not the same number as the rows in your database. Each site stays separate, without the admin Separate audiences, forms, templates and sending domain — but one login and one place to work. No switching accounts, no re-uploading the same template five times, no risk of sending a client's campaign to the wrong list. Clients can see their own workspace and nothing else Roles and permissions mean a client or a junior can be given their own workspace without access to the rest of the account. What counts as a contact A contact is a person, not a row in a table. Somebody who subscribes on three of your sites counts once against the plan, because you are sending to one human being. This matters most to anyone running several properties with overlapping audiences. Where a platform charges per account, the same subscriber is paid for repeatedly; here the plan reflects the reachable audience rather than the size of the database. Email allowance The monthly email figure is the total across all workspaces, and it resets at the start of each calendar month. Sending is counted per email delivered rather than per campaign, so one campaign to 1,000 people uses 1,000 of the allowance. Changing plans Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period, so you keep what you have paid for. Billing runs through Stripe, and the customer portal is reachable from inside the product for invoices, card changes and cancellation. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
