Beyond purchasing, the invoicing, expense management and reporting features have been useful because everything is kept together in one platform. Papertools is easy to understand, the screens are well designed, and the workflow makes sense. The video guides inside the platform help a lot when learning something new. I use invoices, purchase orders, payment receipts and project cost tracking. The AI is handy, particularly scanning invoices from my phone or uploading a PDF and having the details prefilled for me to review. I also like how the reports are presented. The overview brings profit, money received, outstanding customer payments and unpaid bills together clearly. It makes it easier to understand where things stand without going through every document individually. In my view, the Business plan is good value for what it includes.
