> **Pros**: There are similarities with other systems, but it occurred to me after 2-3 observations that Feedback Flock alleviates evaluators having to prepare in advance for an observation.  The forms are so excellent; Feedback Flock does all the prep work for you\!

> **Cons**: Nothing that I didn't like really.  Only two suggestions come to mind:

\#1 In the edit comments/edit entry mode, I'd prefer a full view vs. the current cropped view.  

\#2 The forms are so amazing.  One additional thought would be to incorporate the five core elements of an effective lesson for instructional staff into instructional observation forms.  See AI -generated example below:
