> **Pros**: Easy to use... customer support is fantastic. Has every feature I needed and costs nothing to use. For our team, we get custom user access levels which helps for our editors and ops teams. Can't really beat it for what we're paying. 

Added features like PhotoFinder is great to have, as that handles all of our inbound bookings. They don't take any commission on leads.

> **Cons**: We pay for the White-Labeling through PhotoCRM; however, we had some custom SMTP issues during onboarding. These were resolved. We have had some clients report issues with their portal logins, but forgot password usually does the trick.

> Overall, we've had a great experience with PhotoCRM. Any platform comes with issues, but the team is often able to resolve them quickly. Cost-wise, we aren't getting killed on upgrades and are not locked to using a month-to-month plan. I would recommend PhotoCRM for any photographer.
