> **Pros**: As an escape room owner, what I like most is that my game masters can run the whole room from one screen. ClueCommand handles the timer, clues, messages, audio, and player-screen images in real time, so staff stay focused on the group instead of juggling separate tools. New team members pick it up quickly, and busy nights stay consistent.

> **Cons**: The part I liked least is the setup before the first game. Each room needs its timer, clues, images, and audio configured, so the first build takes longer than running a session. Once that is done, day-to-day control is straightforward, but new games still need that upfront work. I guess this is the same with any system tho.

> ClueCommand has become the system we run our escape rooms on. Game masters start the timer, send clues and messages, control audio, and put images on the player screen from one panel, so they stay with the group instead of switching between tools. The first setup for each room takes some time, but after that sessions are consistent, new staff learn it quickly, and busy nights are much easier to run.
