BatchPrint is batch print software that takes a folder, or a selection of several hundred files, and sends every document out in list order while the person at the desk gets on with something else. The run needs nobody standing next to it, and closing the window can tuck the program into the notification area.
- No more fifteen-file wall. Windows Explorer removes Print from its menu when more than 15 items are selected, and a registry tweak only moves the number. The queue here holds thousands, so a whole archive of invoices or delivery notes goes out in a single pass instead of in handfuls of fifteen.
