I have used SurveyMonkey almost in all of my career, it’s very basic and easy to use and implement and I have had fun, the customizable templates have been great too
Pros
Simplistic approach and easy to use and distribution
Cons
Though recently some new features with color schemes and themes have been introduced but some are very tacky and not professional enough.

Pros
It is easy to use and build surveys. There are robust tools to get the most out of surveys.
Cons
It can be difficult for our teams creating surveys to fully customise them to our brand. It is not as diverse as other platforms in what you can achieve with it, it’s there to collect survey responses but we want a form system which has a lot more functionality

Overall, SurveyMonkey has been a great tool for our company. We can get broad surveys on overall experience, as well as more tailored surveys. We send out surveys for our entire summer season, as well as for specific events.
Pros
I like that you can have multiple surveys active at once. This allows for much easier data analysis.
Cons
It was somewhat tricky learning the program after a former colleague set it up. But, once I clicked around for a little bit it was simple enough to figure out.
