## Overview

### Key benefits of SubMark

\* One schedule of values per job, with every draw tracked against it: billed, certified, retainage held, and when the check lands.
\* Change events logged from the field become change orders, emailed to the GC as a PDF with a link to review, comment on and decide.
\* Field T\&M tickets priced off your own rate lists and e-signed on the spot, with several signed tickets bundling into one change order.
\* Job cost against budget by cost line, at wage rate, built from your labor logs, purchase orders and QuickBooks Online bills.
\* Daily logs, crew scheduling, a time clock, a bid builder, lien waiver tracking, a safety module and a subcontractor portal in one place.
\* Ready-made setups for 29 trades, so electrical, mechanical, plumbing, concrete and drywall subs each start with their own terminology.
\* Field users are free and unlimited, so you only pay for office seats.
