The interface is clean and easy to understand, even for staff who are not very tech-savvy. Integration with other Zoho products is smooth, which helps us manage operations more efficiently. Their customer support team is also responsive and supportive whenever we need help. > > **Cons**: The initial setup takes some time, especially when you want to customize workflows properly. There is also a small learning curve at the beginning, but once the team gets used to it, everything becomes smooth.
